UPDATE (9/29/25) ...
We're making the following adjustments to help make this the best possible event...
The major change is that the conference will effectively end at lunch. We will not have the afternoon breakouts and the closing session has been moved up to right before lunch. You can see the full schedule below.
Lunch will still be provided to those who REGISTER by the original deadline: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH!
However, we will welcome last minute attendees! If you or a group from your church decides to join us after the registration deadline has passed, you will just need to plan on having lunch off campus at a nearby restaurant.
We will have childcare and breakouts for teens. You can sign up for both on the REGISTRATION page.
We are so excited about the upcoming joint Annual Meetings + Church Conference! Obviously, this is a significant change to how we normally do our annual meetings and I believe it has the potential to be one of the most impactful things we do for our churches.
BREAKOUTS
The big idea is to offer breakouts for members of SCBA churches to help them do an even better job serving in their local church. Here's a list of the breakout topics:

REGISTRATION
It is super important that everyone registers for this year's Annual Meetings + Church Conference. Why?
Registering will help us with room assignments for the breakouts.
Registering gives us a headcount for the meal.
Registering also gives you the option to select childcare.
And you can register your 7th--12th grader for breakouts created just for them!
Final note, there is no group registration. Everyone will need to fill out the form individually. However, you can download the form to print, fill out, and email back to us at matt@southcentralarea.net.
SUPPORTING MISSIONARIES
Here's another cool thing we're doing this year. We will be taking up an offering for missionaries supported by our churches in the Closing Session. So make sure you bring your offering! If it is a check, make it out to the South Central Baptist Area.
SOUTH TEXAS PREGNANCY CARE CENTER
One more thing! We will be partnering with the STPCC in Seguin. We will have a table you can visit to put together a gift bag for their clients who learn they are pregnant. This is a great way to share the love of Jesus with those in need. You can listen to the recent podcast we did with their Executive Director, Janice Weaver, to learn more about the STPCC.
