2nd Chair Leader Fall Retreat 2026

The big idea is to bring a high-level training right to our backyard. It is also a great chance to network with other ministers in our area and have some fun!

Below is the schedule. Everyone will be together for the general sessions and there will also be two different breakout sessions for each individual ministry area:

Thursday Night

• Sign In @ 5:00--6:00 pm

• Dinner @ 6:00--6:45 pm

• Worship & General Session #1 @ 7:00 pm

• Free Time Fun #1 @ 8:30 pm 

• Potential Activities: Hang at the Hub, Axe Throwing, Bazooka Ball, Camp Fire with S'mores.

Friday Morning

• Breakfast @ 8:00 am

• Worship & General Session #2 @ 9:00 am

• Break Out #1 @ 10:30 am

Friday Afternoon

• Lunch @ Noon

• Break Out #2 @ 1:30 pm

  • • Worship & General Session #3 @ 3:00 pm

    • Clean Up, Pack Up, Head Out @ 4:30 pm

Friday Evening (OPTIONAL)

• Down Time @ 4:30 pm

• Dinner @ 5:30 pm

• Debrief @ 6:30 pm

• Free Time Fun #2 @ 8:30 pm
