Dr. Matt Singleton

Dr. Singleton was elected by unanimous vote at the annual meetings of the Gambrell and Gonzales Association in October. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor fo the First Baptist Church of Kenedy, Texas. His term of service begins on January 1, 2024.

Ministry Assistant

Tracye Zies


Tracye joined the SCBA staff as Ministry Assistant in April 2023. 

She is the wife of Deric Zies, Pastor of Union Valley Baptist in Nixon TX, where they have faithfully served since 2021.

Tracye and Deric have 5 children and 6  grandchildren. 

She enjoys spending time gardening and raising and breeding Weimaraner dogs, Quarter Horses, and Longhorns.
