We will have one on how the church can harness their ONLINE PRESENCE for kingdom advancement.

• Pastor Kevin Skinner, who has many years of experience working in children, youth, and pastoral ministry. He has shared insights on the use of social media and the church website on the SCBA Podcast.

We will have a two-part training for DEACONS led by...

• Dr. Jeff Lynn who serves as the Senior Strategist for Church Health and Leadership, resourcing and networking church leaders across the state. He has been in ministry for over 32 years. Dr. Lynn has recently written a workbook and developed a training for deacons called, “Chosen to Serve."

• Pastor Kirk Freeman of CrossBridge Community Church in San Antonio. Kirk has written a phenomenal book on discipleship called "Threads: Weaving disciple making into the fabric of your life"

• Dr. Ward Hayes, Treasurer & CFO for Texas Baptists (BGCT). Dr. Hayes has an impressive background in finance and local church ministry. He is also the creator of the KingsCover insurance program for churches.

We will have a breakout on developing the PRAYER life of the Christian and the church led by...

• Dr. Keeney Dickenson, pastor of FBC Crockett and the Prayer Ministry Specialist with the SBTC. He is also the author of "Spurgeon: The Prayer-Powered Pulpit of the Prince of Preachers Paperback"

We will have one on how churches can show HOSPITALITY to first time guests and help them move into meaningful MEMBERSHIP led by...

• Dr. Aaron Summers, Coordinator of Pastorless Churches for Texas Baptists for the BGCT. Dr. Summers brings a wealth of experience and knowledge having served as a pastor for many years.

The Ministry Wives Network will host breakouts for WIVES of ministers and MINISTRY COUPLES led by...

• Pastor Greg & Nancy Traylor, who have been married and served in ministry together for decades. They have raised some fantastic children and survived living in a fishbowl and continue to thrive at FBC McGregor

And will have one on opporunities available through STCHM for churches to particiapte in short-term, international mission trips.
