• Martin Cherry, Associate Pastor of Worship at Flatonia BC

  • More Than Sunday Mornings -- How to build and sustain a lifestyle of worship - both on and off the stage - that will enable you to serve effectively in your church's worship ministry.

We will have one on how the church can harness their ONLINE PRESENCE for kingdom advancement.

• Pastor Kevin Skinner, who has many years of experience working in children, youth, and pastoral ministry. He has shared insights on the use of social media and the church website on the SCBA Podcast.

We will have a two-part training for DEACONS led by...

• Dr. Jeff Lynn who serves as the Senior Strategist for Church Health and Leadership, resourcing and networking church leaders across the state. He has been in ministry for over 32 years. Dr. Lynn has recently written a workbook and developed a training for deacons called, “Chosen to Serve."

  • Chosen to Serve Part 1 & 2 -- Chosen to Serve is a practical, biblical deacon training designed to equip men to serve the church faithfully, support the pastor, and strengthen the health and mission of the local church.

• Dr. Ward Hayes, Treasurer & CFO for Texas Baptists (BGCT). Dr. Hayes has an impressive background in finance and local church ministry. He is also the creator of the KingsCover insurance program for churches.

We will have a two breakouts on developing the PRAYER life of the Christian and the church led by...

• Dr. Keeney Dickenson, pastor of FBC Crockett and the Prayer Ministry Specialist with the SBTC. He is also the author of "Spurgeon: The Prayer-Powered Pulpit of the Prince of Preachers"

• Pastor Greg & Nancy Traylor, who have been married and served in ministry together for decades. They have raised some fantastic children and survived living in a fishbowl and continue to thrive at FBC McGregor
